Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation by going to Order section and cancel your order directly by sharing reason for cancellation

Note: you can cancel your order prior to the status of order tracking showing “ready to ship”, also the order once placed cannot be altered

 

Refunds

For order cancellations, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment source in accordance with our Return policies, typically within 7-10 business days

In case of Non- Availability of Product Over 30 working days from our side, the full amount will be refunded to the original account

 

Returns

You can very well initiate refunds only for the following cases:

* You received a wrong shipment

* You received a damaged product

* You received an expired product

* Incomplete order – missing products

 

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted

* Opened/ used/ altered products.

* Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

* The return request for either of the 4 conditions above is generated within 72 hours from the date of delivery

Damages resulting from negligence or incorrect application are not eligible for coverage under our Returns Policy. As mentioned on all Labels, Monocartons and Product Pages, to ensure your safety, we strongly advise reviewing the ingredients list for any known allergies and conducting a patch test before use to check for any unforeseen allergies. Your well-being is our priority

Please note that we cannot process exchanges or returns for cases related to allergies or skin reactions, personal dislikes of fragrance or color variations. It's important to understand that the scent and color of organic/natural ingredients may vary due to environmental and soil conditions, which can change from one harvest to another


How to do Return Request

Write an email and upload photos of the damaged/incorrect product to connect@skoho.life, within 72 hours from the date of delivery in order for us to accept the request
